All intellectual property rights relating to the APAToDo Application, including copyrights, trademarks, source code, databases, user interface, graphics, documentation, and other materials, belong to the Operator or its licensors.
Using the Application does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Users.
Without the prior written consent of the Operator, Users may not:
Users retain ownership of photographs and other materials uploaded to the Application.
However, by uploading such materials, Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and make them available solely to the extent necessary for proper operation of the Application.
This license automatically expires once the uploaded materials are permanently removed from the system, except where continued storage is required by applicable law.
Users may stop using the Application at any time.
Users may request deletion of their Account by contacting the Operator.
The Operator may suspend or permanently delete an Account if the User:
Deleting an Account may result in permanent loss of access to data associated with that Account, except for information the Operator is legally required to retain.
